First 2 Lines of your Upwork Proposal

The first two lines of your proposal should always have at least two of these attributes:

💚 UNUSUAL

💚 CATCHY

💚 SOLUTION

Re-check the first two lines of your proposals today. The same principles apply to your Upwork profile.

The major difference between writing a profile and a proposal is that your proposal should be very client-centered and address the specific pain points of that specific client. Your profile cuts you some slack; focus a bit more on yourself—your skill proficiency, experience, and value you bring to the table. Unlike a proposal, a profile is relatively generic, but it should be addressed to one client.
